Frank Konwickie

Frank Konwickie, 75, of Meadville, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital, Erie.
He was born May 29, 1942 in Glen Ridge, NJ, a son of Joseph Francis and Martha Florence Boysman Konwickie. He married Gail Myers February 19, 1972 and she preceded him in death in 2015.
Frank was a U.S. Navy Veteran, serving from 1957 to 1965. He worked at Public Service Electric and Gas Company, Irvington, NJ. A hardworker and avid New York Mets fan, Frank enjoyed time spent with friends at the Firehouse Tap & Grille, Meadville, going to Atlantic City, NJ with his wife Gail, playing bingo, and especially loved nightly dinners with his daughter Elizabeth and family.
Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Konwickie and her husband Richard Pekrol of Meadville; a granddaughter, Lana June Pekrol; and a sister, Florence Konwickie of Morristown, NJ.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by an infant twin brother.
Per Frank's wishes, there are no services.
