George P. Fleek
December 6, 1875 — August 6, 1966
George P. Fleek, 90, of Meadville, died Saturday, August 6, 1966, at City Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Little Cooley, December 6, 1875, a son of James and Lydia Coates Fleek. He married the former Jessie Artlip, who died October 11, 1911.
Fleek owned and operated a grocery store in Cambridge Springs many years. For the past 38 years he operated a produce stand at the local Market House.
He was a member of Grace Methodist Church.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. John (Betty J.) Calvin of Meadville; a son, Fred A. of Long Beach, CA; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Rick of Youngstown, OH and two grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Cambridge Cemetery.
