Georgis Thomas

Mrs. Georgis Shaffer Thomas, wife of Harold L. Thomas, of Cambridge Springs, died Tuesday evening at the Meadville City Hospital, following an illness of several months.  She was well known in Meadville, where she had spent a large portion of her life.  Mrs. Thomas was a member of Grace M. E. Church.

Surviving beside the husband are her mother, Mrs. Alice Shaffer of Meadville; two sisters and a brother, Mrs. S. G. Heller of Akron, OH, Miss Myrtle W. Shaffer of Meadville and Fred Shaffer of Cleveland.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
