Glenn A. Elder, 51, passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 15, 2026. He was born to parents Denis O. Elder and Nancy Deets on January 16, 1975 in Franklin, PA.

He worked most of his life as a mechanic for many different shops tinkering with cars.

Glenn loved fishing, listening to heavy metal and rock music, and tinkering with vehicles and engines. He loved to put on fireworks shows especially on the Fourth of July and greatly enjoyed the time spent with his grandkids.

He is survived by his mother, Nancy; three daughters, Ashli (Michael) Domhoff, Brittany (James II) Elder, and Caitlyn (Nolan) Humphreys; 8 grandchildren, Jazmin, Jayde, Finley, Ezra, Lilly, Iris, Carter, and Willow; a brother, Robert Elder and his daughter Riley; and an aunt, Dot Young.\

Glenn is preceded in death by his father, Denis; his grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home 99 Franklin St. Stoneboro where visiting take place on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 3pm – 6pm with cremation to follow.
