Grace Blakeslee Mckelvey

Mrs. Grace Blakeslee McKelvey, 80, of Meadville, died at Smith Institute, Saegertown, Friday, October 29, 1965, after a long illness.  She was married to George L. McKelvey.

Mrs. McKelvey was born at Spartansburg, July 9, 1885, a daughter of Cyrus and Ida Blakeslee.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and of its Priscilla Society.  She was a past matron of Order of Eastern Star at Corry.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Helen) Ey of Haverstown and Miss Jean McKelvey of Youngstown; a son, David B. of East Brady; a sister, Maude of Corry; three grandchildren and several nieces.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Corry.
