Grace D. Barrows
April 16, 1881 — January 11, 1974
Grace D. Barrows, 92, of Meadville, died at Flickinger's Convalescent Home Friday, January 11, 1974, after a two-month illness.
Born at Guys Mills April 16, 1881, she was a daughter of Chauncey and Martha Wilder Dennington. She was a charter member of Althea Rebekah Lodge; a Gold Star mother; a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliaries.
Survivors include two daughter, Mrs. Elinor Stainbrook of Meadville; Mrs. Ernest (June) Lucas of Hubbard, OH; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by two sons, Chauncey and James.
Services were held at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Hatch Cemetery, Randolph Township.
