Harriett M. Potosky

Harriett M. Potosky, 62, of 13003 Wolf Rd., Guys Mills, died Wednesday, June 05, 2002 at Meadville Medical Center following a period of declining health.

She was born February 26, 1940 in Erie, a daughter of the late William Schau.  She married Edward A. Potosky, Sr. October 6, 1962 and he survives.

She was a homemaker and member of St. Hippolyte Roman Catholic Church, Frenchtown.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a daughter, Anna Landers and her husband Bernard of Cambridge Springs; 3 sons, Edward Potosky, Jr. and his wife Melinda of Saegertown; Adam Potosky and his fiancée Renee Dennis (whom was her caregiver) of Centerville; and Michael Potosky and his girlfriend Kristin Miller (whom was her caregiver) of Guys Mills; 5 grandchildren, Nathan, Raechelle, Rebekah, and Ian Landers and Hayzen Potosky; 2 sisters, Barbara Litz of Union City and Catharine Snyder of Meadville; and nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be today (Thursday) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, 581 Chestnut St., Meadville with a Wake Service at 8:30 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Hippolyte Church, Frenchtown with Rev. B. LaMounte Sayers as Celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
