Harry D. Chase

Harry D. (Cy) Chase, of Meadville, died Saturday, August 3, 1957 at Spencer Hospital after a long illness. Born in Meadville, he ran the Chase Food Market and for the last 10 years was manager of the book store at Allegheny College. He was a member of the Methodist Church and various fraternal organizations. He is survived by his widow, Hazel Ewing Chase; his mother, Mrs. Oran Chase; two brothers, Joseph A. and Donald W. of Meadville; two sisters, Mrs. Fay Earll of Meadville and Mrs. Joseph Soleida of San Diego, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held at Waid Funeral Home. Interment was in Ewing Cemetery, East Mead Township. Services Past Services
