Hazel Graham

Mrs. Hazel Graham, 82, formerly of Meadville, died Friday, August 31, 1973, at Peaceful Rest Nursing Home, Cochranton, where she had resided for 17 months.

She was born at Guys Mills, August 5, 1891, a daughter of Adelbert and Jennie Hotchkiss Gage.  She married John C. Graham, August 2, 1913.  He died May 4, 1972.  Mr. Graham was district supervisor for Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co. for many years.  She was a member of United Church of Guys Mills and was a charter member and past officer of Mead Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Pauline) Waltenbaugh of Meadville; a brother, Otto Gage, Santa Anna, CA; a granddaughter, Mrs. Glenn (Betty) Hart of Grove City; and two great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Grace Smith and a half-sister, Miss Cleo Gage.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Union Cemetery.
