Hazel Phillips

Mrs. Hazel Phillips, former resident of the Guys Mills vicinity, died Friday morning at the Crawford County Home where she had lived in recent years.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lulu Shorts and a granddaughter, Lois Shorts, both of Saegertown; three sisters, Mrs. Jay Howard and Mrs. Lawrence Jones, both of Guys Mills and Mrs. Clifton Hotchkiss of Meadville and a half-brother, Archie Cutshall of Guys Mills.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
