Helen E. Flick

Helen E. Flick, 88, a former Saegertown resident, and a resident of Cribbs Home of Wesbury United Methodist Community since 1992, died Saturday, November 4, 2000, in Grace Nursing Center of Wesbury after a ten month illness.

She was born in Lotsville, Warren County, August 26, 1912, a daughter of the late Robert and Charlotte Woodnut Clark.  She married Ralph E. Flick August 16, 1937 and he preceded her in death May 23, 1995.

She was a graduate of Lottsville Public Schools, and had worked at one time at Saegertown High School as a cafeteria worker, at Wesbury United Methodist Community, and at Kampgrounds of America in Haines City, FL.

Church work and family were her special interests.

Survivors include three daughters, Joan Nageotte (Stephen) of Saegertown, Betty Cannon and Marcia Flick, both of Chicago, IL; and two grandchildren, Troy Nageotte and Stephanie Nedzelski.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Clark and a sister, Margaret Clark.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Saegertown Cemetery.
