Inez Briggs

Mrs. Inez Briggs, 65, was fatally injured Monday, May 9, 1938 when she was struck by an automobile near her home.

Mrs. Briggs was a member of the Blooming Valley M. E. Church.  She is survived by the following children:  Mrs. Walter Hotchkin, Mrs Charles Peterman, Mrs. Harold Hart, Mrs. Ward Waid, Mrs. A. W. Ferguson, Mrs. Stanley Cotterdell, John Briggs, James Briggs, Mrs. Lloyd Frye, and Zephra Briggs.  Also surviving are a brother, Victor Braymer; a sister, Mrs. L. B. Flick; three half-sisters, Mrs. John Haas, Mrs. B. Walton and Mrs. E. E. Waid; and a half-brother, Trace Braymer.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
