Jessie Chase Waid

Mrs. Jessie Chase Waid, 76, widow of Bert Waid, died Wednesday at Warren, PA.

A daughter of Benjamin and Helen Hotchkiss Chase, she spent most of her life in this area and was for many years a resident of the Meadville and Blooming Valley communities.

She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Marian Stainbrook of Hialeah, FL and Mrs. Helen Strucker of Erie; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Walker of Erie; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
