Jessie Sutton Brown
June 17, 1884 — February 6, 1960
Mrs. Jessie Sutton Brown, 75, widow of Carroll A. Brown, died Saturday, February 6, 1960, at City Hospital where she had been hospitalized since December 5, 1959, with a hip fracture.
She had lived at the Meadville Home for the Aged, Williamson Road, from April 14, 1958, until entering the hospital.
She was born June 17, 1884, in Crawford County, a daughter of Francis A. and Caroline Gray Sutton.
Survivors include a son, C. Myron Brown of Melbourne, FL; a sister, Mrs. Ella Engel of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
