Joan P. Lindquist

Mrs. Joan P. Lindquist, 63, of Meadville, died Tuesday, August 5, 1986, at Meadville Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mrs. Lindquist was born in Jamestown, NY, February 13, 1923, a daughter of Richard Lynn and Ann Birmingham Pickard.  She married Elliott N. Lindquist August 5, 1944.  He preceded her in death July 11, 1981.

She had served as executive director of Crawford County Society for Crippled Children and Adults for many years.  She was a member of St. Brigid Church.

Survivors include three sons, Thomas E. of Meadville, Jeffrey C. of Sandusky, OH and James M. of The Woodlands, TX; one sister, Mary Pickard of Meadville and four grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery.
