John Henry Deutsch

John Henry Deutsch, 83, died Sunday evening at his home in Meadville, following several years illness.

He spent his entire life in Meadville and was a building and construction contractor for many years, and he also was engaged in the manufacture of building bricks for a time.  He was a member of Stone Methodist Church.

Surviving are his widow; two sons, Rev. Arthur E. Deutsch, pastor of Garfield Heights Methodist Church, Cleveland and J. Edward Deutsch of Montpelier, VT; six grandchildren; one sister, MRs. Marguerite Seymour of Cleveland and a brother, Peter A. Deutsch of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
