John H. Hoy

John H. Hoy, 64, of Vernon Township, died at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, Friday, March 17, 1978, after a brief illness.
A son of William C. and Georgia Lee Walters Hoy, he was born September 21, 1913, at Mount Morris in Greene County. He married Hilda Judah November 22, 1941. He was self-employed, operating Hoy's Service Station, Conneaut Lake Road.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Criag (Nancy) Miller of Sinclairville, NY; a son, John B. Hoy of Pittsburgh; his parents of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. Wilson (June) Miller of Fort Lauderdale; one granddaughter and one niece.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
