Josephine Kelly, 84, of Meadville, died Wednesday, September 3, 1997 at Meadville Health and Rehabilitation Center following a period of declining health.
She was born December 24, 1912 in Franklin, PA, a daughter of the late Make and Viola Winger Hoover. She married Merle Kelly who preceded her in death in 1980.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, William Burt Kelly of Cochranton.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Olive Dobbs and three brothers, Howard, Merle and Remont Hoover.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
