Judith E. Foust

Judith E. “Judy” Foust, age 85, of Conneaut Lake passed away Tuesday evening April 29, 2025, in Meadville Medical Center.

She was born in Meadville on October 15, 1939, a daughter of Allan and Nellie (Clark) Swan.

She was a 1957 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and on January 5, 1958, Judy married Robert L. Foust, he passed away February 10, 2015. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Linesville where she was the former treasurer for 20 years and Sunday School Teacher for over 30 years.

She was employed as a bookkeeper at Foust Excavating for 35 years.

Judy was a former member of the Order of Eastern Star, Diamond Chapter, was a member of a knitting club that met at Linesville Baptist Church, was an avid reader, enjoyed showing horses, and raised Morgan horses.

She is survived by a daughter, Victoria Ruth Trace and her husband Eric of Sierra Vista, AZ; two granddaughters, Sarah Lindsay McCracken and Meghan Victoria Meader; three great grandsons, Brett Andrew McCracken, Patrick John McCracken, and Graham Garrett.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son Dean Robert Foust, two brothers Richard Swan and Allan Swan, a sister Nancy Worden, and a sister-in-law Mavis Foust.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday 5-6-25, in ROSE AND WAID FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, INC. 12422 CONNEAUT LAKE RD. CONNEAUT LAKE with Pastor Terry Smith, officiating. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday 5-5-25, from 4:00-7:00 PM.

Burial will be in Foust Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.
