Kathryn B. Jack

Kathryn B. Jack, 91, of Meadville, died Saturday, December 27, 1997, at Rolling Fields Nursing Home, Conneautville, following a period of declining health.  She was born in Kittanning, March 13, 1906, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Boohr.   She married Paul S. Jack, who preceded her in death February 8, 1995.  She was first employed at Wirt's Drug Store and later with her husband in the operation of Jack's Pharmacy, Meadville.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Moon of Meadville; a son, William Jack of Mount Pleasant, SC; three grandchildren, Deborah Johnson, Paul K. Jack and Elizabeth Ann Jack; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Josephine, June and Gladys.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
