Kathryn Stewart

Mrs. Kathryn Stewart, of Meadville, wife of Charles J. Stewart, who operated the Kathryn Shop on Chestnut Street for 27 years, died Thursday, April 29, 1971, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren, OH, after a brief illness.

She was born in Meadville, a daughter of Andrew and Florence Decker Gundaker.  She was a member of the Unitarian Church.

Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Gail) Doutt of Niles, OH; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.  A brother, Ray Gundaker, preceded her in death.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
