Kenneth L. Hosick, Sr.

Kenneth L. Hosick, Sr., 59, of Conneaut Lake, passed away Monday, January 27, 2020 at the Crawford County Care Center.

He was born September 25, 1960 in Meadville, a son of Edward W. and Catherine Huckleberry Hosick, Jr.  He married Teresa Housler and she preceded him in death August 23, 2018.

Kenny was a 1979 graduate of Maplewood High School.  He enjoyed cars and CB radio.

Survivors include his mother, Catherine Hosick of Conneaut Lake; two sons, Kenneth Hosick, Jr. and Justin Hosick, both of Meadville; a sister, Janice Mercier (George) of Conneaut Lake; two brothers, Edward W. Hosick, III (Annette) of Erie and Harry Hosick (Kim) of Guys Mills; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and wife.

Calling hours will be Friday, January 31st from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Waid-Coleman Funeral Home, 12422 Conneaut Lake Rd., Conneaut Lake where the funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Russ Hixson, Pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church, officiating.

Interment will be in Linesville Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
