Kenneth O. Gilbert
July 5, 1902 — January 26, 1974
Kenneth O. Gilbert, 71, of Guys Mills, died at his home Saturday evening, January 26, 1974, after an illness of several months.
He was born in Union City on July 5, 1902, a son of Clinton W. and Mattie Oakes Gilbert. He was a partner with his brother, Karl Gilbert in dairy and poultry farming on the family farm in Randolph Township. He was a member of Guys Mills United Church of Christ and Randolph Grange. He was a graduate of Randolph High School and was a supervisor of Randolph Township for a number of years in his earlier life.
Survivors include two sisters, Miss Marian Gilbert of Greenville and Mrs. O. A. (Ruth) Ewing of Willoughby Hills, OH; and his brother, Karl of Guys Mills.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Union Cemetery.
