Latonie Ayodaner Whaley, 56, of Conneaut Lake, died Tuesday, January 25, 2000, at Hamot Medical Center in Erie.
Born in Lancaster, March 15, 1943, to Mr. and Mrs. Hal B. Nelson. She married Roy W. E. Whaley July 23, 1966. He survives.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Conneaut Lake.
Owner of the Latonie's Tropical Tan and Tone, Conneaut Lake, she was a Reiki practioner, a doctor of naturopathy and certified in nutrition and fitness.
She shared her avid interest in the natural healing of body and spirit with others and enjoyed working in the community with her many friends.
A member of Lakeland Grange 2005, she was a life member of the ladies auxiliary of Linesville Veterans Foreign Wars Post 7842.
She loved the beach and ocean.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her parents of Conneaut Lake; a daughter, Tonya R. Whaley of Boulder, CO and a son, Shane N. R. Whaley of Lakewood, CO.
Services were held with the Waid-Coleman Funeral Home.
Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.
