Laura M. Kelley

Mrs. Laura M. Kelley, of Meadville, died Wednesday, March 24, 1971, at Methodist Home Nursing Hospital where she had been a patient for three weeks.

She was born at Lock Haven, a daughter of John C. and Elizabeth Rote Jones.  She was married to Elmer W. Kelley on January 8, 1901.  He died in 1957.  Mrs. Kelley was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was a lifetime member of Meadville Country Club.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Pauline of Meadville and Miss Myra Kelley of New York City; a brother, Harry S. Jones of Lock Haven; two grandchildren, Mrs. Dale (Laurel) Douglass of Summit, NJ and David Pauline of Carlisle and one great-grandson.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
