Lisa Suzanne Smith, 2 month-old daughter of Douglas J. and Ruth Mitich Smith, of Meadville, died Thursday, July 11, 1963, at home after a brief illness.
She was born in Meadville April 20, 1963.
Surviving, besides the parents, are four sisters, Louise, Linda, Lori and Lois and a brother, Richard, all at home; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James C. Smith of Brantford, Ontario and several aunts and uncles.
Services were held with the Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
