Lois Corinne Smith, 2 1/2, daughter of Douglas J. and Ruth Mitch Smith, of Meadville, died Monday, March 23, 1964, at City Hospital after an illness of 1 1/2 years.
She was born in Meadville September 3, 1961.
Surviving, besides her parents, three sisters, Louise, Linda and Lori and a brother, Richard, all at home; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James C. Smith of Brantford, Ontario and several aunts and uncles.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
