Lucile M. Robbins

Lucille M. Robbins, 93, a resident of Wesbury United Methodist Community since September 1989 and formerly of south Meadville, died at Wesbury August 8, 1995 after a period of declining health.

She was born October 4, 1901 in Irwin, PA a daughter of Robert and Jane Rook McElroy.  She married William H. Robbins, May 23, 1928.  He preceded her in death November 6, 1965.

She was a homemaker of the Protestant faith.  She was also a member of the South Meadville Ladies Club.

Survivors include a daughter, Jane L. Cribbs of Warren, OH; a son, William E. Robbins of Meadville; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Anna McElroy and three brothers, Ben, Fred and William McElroy.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
