Lulu A. Stevens

Mrs. Lulu A. Stevens, wife of Roy M. Stevens, of Meadville, died Wednesday afternoon, following a long illness.

A native of Meadville, she spent her entire life here, and has been a member of the Grace Methodist Church since early childhood.  She was a member of the Ellen Cares Bible Class there, and has been active in the Women's Society for Christian Service and other church organizations.  She also was a member of the Althea Rebekah Lodge.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ben Gartner of Meadville; four grandchildren and two brothers, Samuel A. McNamara of Oak Ridge, TN and Elmer H. McNamara of Rochester, NY.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
