Margaret L. (Peg) Bradley

Margaret L. (Peg) Bradley, 84, of Concord House, Meadville, died Friday, December 4, 1998 at Wesbury.

She was born in Saegertown, August 24, 1914, a daughter of the late Earl R. and Hazel Ruth Stull Boyd.  She married Frederick G. Bradley in 1942.  He preceded her in death November 20, 1975.

She was a graduate of Saegertown Public Schools.  She was a 1936 graduate of Allegheny College where she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.  She did post grad work at the former Edinboro State Teachers College.  She was a school teacher in the Meadville School District for 35 years, retiring in 1976.  She was a member of AARP, Meadville Women's Club, National Education Assoc., Crawford County Chapter of the PA Assoc. of School Retirees, and the Thesaurus Club.

She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Thomas (Laura Jane) Huff of Meadville; two nieces and two nephews.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by death by a sister, Thelma Terrill and a brother, Rexford Boyd.

Services were at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
