Margaret E. Disher

Mrs. Margaret E. Disher, 98, who has resided at the United Methodist Home since 1963, died at the United Methodist Nursing Hospital on Monday afternoon, March 25, 1974, after a long illness.  She had been hospitalized three years.  She formerly had resided in Knox.

She was born in Judburought, Scotland, on November 7, 1875, a daughter of James and Martha Park Elliot.  She was the widow of Frank Disher who died in 1957.

Survivors include a son, Elliot Forsythe of East Liverpool, OH.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Big Bend Cemetery.
