Mary E. Gable

Mary E. Gable, 82, of 5950 Stainbrook Road Cochranton, died Tuesday, September 06, 2005 at Meadville Medical Center.

She was born in Barberton Ohio, May 28, 1923, a daughter of Alois & Marie Mokrosh Bordac.  She married Harold R. Gable who preceded her in death Sept. 15, 2003.

She was a graduate of Cochranton High School, a homemaker and enjoyed painting, and line dancing.

Survivors include 1 daughter Susan E. Gable and her companion Jay Hartsock of Meadville, 3 sons, Richard J. Gable of Chevy Chase, MD, Gary L. Gable of Cochranton, and Steven M. Gable and his wife Denise of Kendall Park, NJ, 2 grandchildren, Steven M. Gable II, and Cassidy E. Gable, her twin sister Pauline Dufresne of Washington, D.C. and 1 brother Louis Bordac of Indiatlantic, FL, and 1 nephew, Joseph Bordac of Orlando, FL.

Calling hours will be Friday Sept. 9, 2005, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc. 581 Chestnut St., Meadville with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m.
