Mary Gasper
February 15, 1884 — June 7, 1961
Mrs. Mary Gasper, 77, wife of John Gasper, Sr., of Guys Mills, died early Wednesday, June 7, 1961, at her Randolph Township home. She had been an invalid for several years.
Mrs. Gasper was born in Czechoslovakia, February 15, 1884. For a number of years, she lived in West Virginia before moving to this county about 30 years ago. She married Gasper, January 1, 1910.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Mary Mattal of Belt Mont., Mrs. Joseph (Susan) Ploski and Mrs. Mike (Ann) Kaputa, both of Guys Mills; a son, John, Jr. at home; a sister, Mrs. Anna Demyan of Akron, OH; eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Union Cemetery.
