Mary J. Borrell
September 17, 1878 — October 10, 1961
Miss Mary J. Borrell, of Meadville, retired first grade teacher, died at City Hospital Tuesday, October 10, 1961, after an illness of several months.
She was born at Reno, Venango County, a daughter of Ferdinand F. and Victorine Potts Borrell.
She retired several years ago after having taught first grade at First District and East End schools. Miss Borrell was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. John (Charlotte) Wolstoncroft of Oil City and by several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
