Mary Lou Fields

Mary Lou Fields, 77, of Meadville, died Thursday, November 18, 1999, at Meadville Medical Center following a short illness.
She was born in Amsterdam, OH, November 16, 1922, a daughter of Charles H. and Gladys Whitworth Miser. She married John J. Fields, December 4, 1943. He survives.
She attended Western Reserve University in Cleveland and worked briefly for the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Cleveland. She also had been a volunteer at the former Meadville City Hospital.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a brother, John Miser of Hendersonville, NC and sixteen nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jane.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
