Maude M. Postlewaite

Mrs. Maude M. Postlewaite, 81, a resident of the Methodist Home for the Aged, died Tuesday evening, August 6, 1963, following a long illness.

She was born at Sharon on July 25, 1882, a daughter of the Rev. R. A. and Mrs. Sarah Setley McIntyre.  Her husband, John T. Postlewaite, died May 3, 1934.

Mrs. Postlewaite was a resident of the Meadville area for many years before entering the Methodist Home two years ago.  She had been a member of the Grace Methodist Church since 1901.

She is survived by a son, Charles M. Postlewaite of San Gabriel, CA; a daughter, Mrs. Paul Russ of Topeka, KA and a niece, Mrs. Gideon Sundback of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in West Middlesex Cemetery.
