Maysie Davis
March 3, 1887 — October 25, 1976
Mrs. Maysie Davis, 89, formerly of Meadville, died at the Sebring Manor Nursing Home, Sebring, FL, Monday, October 25, 1976, after a short illness. She has been a patient at the home since 1973.
Born in Ohio on March 3, 1887, she was a daughter of James and Frances Comer Weaver. On June 16, 1909, she married Joseph A. Davis who died in 1963. Mrs. Davis was a member of Stone United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Doris Peterson of Crystal River, FL; two sons, Chester W. of Crystal River and Glenn A. of Treasure Island, FL; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
