Morse E. Doane
November 30, 1884 — January 1, 1753
Morse E. Doane, 97, died at the Star Route, Meadville, home of Joseph and Rebecca Barclay, where he lived for the past five years, Friday, March 26, 1982, following an extended illness.
He was born at Meadville, November 30, 1884, a son of Walter A. and Harriet Louise Ellis Doane.
He was employed as a civil engineer and worked on various projects in western PA.
A 1907 graduate of Allegheny College, he also was a member of Meadville Grange.
Mr. Doane is survived by several cousins.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
