Narcisse S. (Narrie) Prather

Narcisse S. "Narrie" Prather, of Meadville, died Saturday, June 23, 1990, at her home following a sudden illness.

She was born in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Harry and Ida Snyder.  She married Gerald D. Prather, March 2, 1935.  He preceded her in death September 30, 1983.

She was affiliated with the Stone United Methodist Church.

She was a member of the Anitque Study Club and Crawford County Humane Society and was an associate member of the Meadville Country Club, Conneaut Lake.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Delores Sweeney and Muriel Dowling and two brothers, Thomas and Harry Snyder.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
