Nelle Bickley

Mrs. Nelle Bickley, 68, retired registered nurse and widow of Paul J. Bickley, died Saturday, February 4, 1950 at Hamot Hospital, Erie.

Mrs. Bickley lived in Meadville for the past 11 years, but had stayed at the home of a niece in Erie for a few weeks before she was hospitalized there.  She had been a nurse as several veterans' hospitals and at Warren State Hospital.  She was a member of Golden Crown Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Thomas of Meadville and Mrs. Margaret Williams of Franklin.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
