Nellie M. Demaison

Mrs. Nellie M. DeMaison, 93, of Meadville, died Thursday, July 8, 1976, at the United Methodist Nursing Hospital where she had been a patient for the past five years.

Born in Randolph Township, December 31, 1882, she was a daughter of Ellis H. and Wealtha Richardson Luce.  In 1889, she married Sylvester G. DeMaison who died in 1940.  Mrs. DeMaison was a member of St. Brigid's Roman Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Leone Higby of Meadville; a son, Lyle of Girard; a sister, Mrs. Magdalene Daniels of Saegertown; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.  A daughter, Realtha Dagleish of Niagara Falls, NY, died May 28, 1976.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
