Patricia E. Walls

Patricia E. Walls, age 79, of Meadville, passed away on Wednesday evening, May 14, 2026, at the Crawford Care Center.

She was born in Union City on October 14, 1946, the daughter of Joseph H. Free and Anna (Yurisic) Free.

On June 26, 1965, Patricia married Jack I. Walls, he survives.

She was a 1965 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and was employed as a Ward Clerk at the Crawford County Correctional Facility.

Patricia was a member of the West Mead #2 VFD, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Vernon Central Hose Company, and enjoyed flower gardens, antique collecting, and bird watching.

She is survived by a son, James Walls of Sterling, VA; a sister, Betty Rissel of Greenville; five brothers, Joseph L. Free of Cochranton, William L. (Roxanne) Free of Conneaut Lake, John H. Free of Conneaut Lake, Paul T. (Doris) Free of Conneaut Lake, and Douglas J. Free of Espyville.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Joarokustes and two brothers, Charles E. Free, and David R. Free.

As per Patty’s wishes cremation was chosen and there will be no services. ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN ENTRUSTED TO ROSE AND WAID FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, INC., 581 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE.

Inurnment will be in Kiser Cemetery.
