Pearl Cleone Coy

April 1, 1886 — August 2, 1961

Mrs. Pearl Cleone Coy, 75, of Meadville, died Wednesday, August 2, 1961, at Warren State Hospital following an illness of about a year.

She was born in Meadville, April 1, 1886, a daughter of David and Anna Sutton Garrison, and married the late Paul F. Coy April 12, 1919.

Previous to her marriage she was employed as a bookkeeper at the Tribune Publishing Co. and Keystone View Co.

She was affiliated with Watson Run Evangelical and Reformed Church.  Mrs. Coy was a member of Meadville Grange and was an officer of Kerrtown Civic Club for many years.  She was graduated from Meadville High School and Meadville Commercial College and was a Royal Neighbor.

Surviving are a son, R. James Coy of Vernon Township; a sister, Mrs. Grace Marsh of Logansport, IN; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
