Pearle Kiser

Miss Pearle Kiser, 91, died at the Methodist Home for the Aged, Friday morning, January 27, 1961, following a long illness.  She had been a resident of the home since April 19, 1952, having come to Meadville from Rochester, NY.

Miss Kiser was born in Sharpsville, Clarion County, March 30, 1869, a daughter of George B. and Jane Waugh Kiser.  After receiving her education in schools of Clarion County, she spent most of her life working as a seamstress.

She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Zoe Anderson of Rochester and Mrs. Della Johnston of Shippensville; and by a number of nephews and nieces.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Shippensville.
