Phyllis Ann Bauman

Phyllis Ann Bauman, 85, went home to be with the good Lord on July 16, 2026 following an illness.

Phyllis was born March 29, 1941 in Butler Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Howard Vernon and Maxine Rosalie Comin. She was a 1959 graduate of Butler Area Senior High School. She attended Kent State University for one year, then worked for Bell telephone until her retirement in 1988. She married her husband, William(Bill) Walter Bauman in 1979.

They resided in Butler, Pennsylvania until 1990, then moved to Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania. Phyllis enjoyed reading and knitting. She and Bill also loved fishing on Conneaut Lake. She attended Jamestown Presbyterian Church in Jamestown, Pennsylvania.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, her husband, Bill in 2018, a sister, Margaret(Peggy) Maxine Gealey in 1979, and two brothers, Howard Vernon Comin in 2007 and Joseph Vernon Comin in 2024. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to ROSE AND WAID FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, INC., 12422 Conneaut Lake Rd., Conneaut Lake.
