Phyllis M. Mook
January 12, 1922 — January 6, 1981
Mrs. Phyllis M. Mook, 58, wife of Melvin W. Mook, of Saegertown, died Tuesday, January 6, 1981, at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, where she had been a patient for the past week, following a brief illness.
She was born in Cambridge Springs January 12, 1922, a daughter of Hilmer and Anna Swanson Nelson.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Linda) Sheets of Erie; three sons, Melvin L. of Meadville, Donald C. of Clearwater, FL and Thomas N. of Saegertown; a brother, Karl Nelson of Kutztown and five grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Venango Cemetery.
