Ralph L. Schutz, 91, of Meadville, died at Meadville Medical Center, Sunday, November 8, 1992, following a period of declining health.
He was born in Woodcock Township, October 8, 1901, a son of George C. and Minnie A. Schutz. He married Catherine L. Schutz. She preceded him in death October 26, 1990.
He was a mailman with the US Postal Service from 1929 to 1969, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Woodcock Grange.
Survivors include two sons, Walter E. Schutz and Kenneth M. Schutz, both of Meadville; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Rosamund Schutz.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
