Ralph H. Perrine, Mercer, Pa, passed away peacefully on Monday (7-6-26) in Avalon Springs, Mercer. He was 73.

He was born March 30, 1953 in Grove City, Pa to Clarence W. and Pearl Winklevoss Perrine.

Ralph was a graduate of Lakeview High School and then worked for the Mercer School District in the West Elementary School maintenance department and retired after 32 years. He was adored and loved by all. He was a member of the Bethany Presbyterian Church, Mercer.

In early years he was an active member of the Jackson Center Volunteer Fire Company. He loved gardening and loved sharing what he raised. Ralph was an avid reader, especially Stephen King novels. He also loved listening to Heavy Metal music. For many years he was active with the Boy Scouts and was a Life Member of The National Rifle Association.

He is survived by two brothers: Jerry (Linda) Perrine, Meadville, Pa and David (Jennifer) Perrine, Fredonia, Pa and a brother-in-law David Umstead, Sandy Lake, Pa. Also, many nieces and nephews survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: (infant) Janice Perrine and Shirley Umstead.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 99 Franklin Street, Stoneboro, PA 16153. Per his request no services will be held.
