Rebecca A. Dubowski

Rebecca A. Dubowski, 61, of 726 N. Grant St., Meadville, died Friday, November 24, 2006 at her residence following a sudden illness.

She was born May 15, 1945 in Erie, a daughter of the late Ross F. and Hazel A. Rutherford Dearborn.  She married Lawrence Dubowski June 6, 1970.

She was a graduate of Meadville High School and enjoyed reading and animals.

Survivors, in addition to her husband of 36 years, include a son, Michael Dubowski, U.S. Air Force stationed in Italy; a daughter, Melissa Dubowski of Meadville; and nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters.

Calling hours will be Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, 581 Chestnut St., Meadville where a funeral and committal service will follow at 1:00 p.m.

Interment will be in Greendale Cemetery.
