Rev. David Otto May

The Rev. David O. May, 79, died Monday at the Ida M. Cribbs Methodist Home following a long illness.

He was born in Curlsville, Clarion County, March 26, 1875.

The Rev. Mr. May was a member of the Erie Conference of the Methodist Church and served the following charges as minister - Mt. Jewett, DuBois, Mt. Zion, Waterford, Linesville, Hydetown, Spartansburg and Elmwood Ave., at Falconer, NY.

He is survived by his widow, Ruth May; four daughters, Mrs. Robert Mitchell and Mrs. Carl Johnson of Mt. Jewett, PA; Mrs. Willard Reisinger of Titusville and Mrs. Bernard Dusch of DuBois; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Waterford Cemetery.
